Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you buy or use a ClientLens Report from MYBC trading as My Business Coach ("MyBC", "we").

What you are buying

• One purchase grants one audit credit, consumed when you start an audit. A three-audit purchase grants three credits for the same business, intended to be run about a month apart.
• An audit is delivered as a PDF report and stored in your account. Delivery is usually within 24 hours of you submitting the business details.
• One payment per purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

What the report is, and is not

• The report is produced from publicly available information only. It does not constitute financial, legal, accounting or investment advice, and you should not treat it as a substitute for professional advice about your own situation.
• Findings and scores are indicative and reflect publicly observable data at the time of the audit. Public sources can be incomplete or out of date.
• Scores are produced against a fixed rubric so that repeat audits of the same business are comparable. We do not adjust a score upward for any reason, including for repeat customers.
• Acting on the report is your decision. We do not warrant any particular commercial outcome.

Your account and your report

• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• You may use your own report however you like within your business. It is prepared for the named client and is not licensed for resale or redistribution.
• The audit framework, prompts, scoring rubric and report format remain the intellectual property of MyBC.
• We may use anonymised, aggregated findings to improve the product. We will not publish a report that identifies your business without your permission.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, warranty or right that applies to you under the law of the country you are buying from and that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where such a right applies, it prevails over anything inconsistent here.

Changes

We may update these terms. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones published when you bought. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
